      HOO-whee, real estate investors sure do love seller financing.

      And rightly so, since it’s:

  • Usually ‘no qualifying’
  • Often low money down
  • Always lower-cost than bank or hard money financing
  • AND it lets you make offers that are HIGHER than your cash-paying competitors can, because with the right terms, the price matters a lot less

    The thing is, there’s a lot to know about how to negotiate, document, and close seller-financed deals so that they’re win-wins for you AND your seller.

    And, as always, we have your back.

    At our February 17th online meeting, you’ll hear from Chad Harris, a real life investor who built his rental portfolio by negotiating financing directly with sellers who wanted payments more than they wanted cash. He’s heard ALL the objections, knows exactly how to introduce the topic early on in the conversation, and is going to walk you through how he did it at 7:15.

    Come to the early bird meeting at 6:00, and you’ll also find out how to WRITE these offers: Vena Jones-Cox will give you a purchase agreement and walk you through how to “fill in the blanks” when you want to offer to take over an existing loan, or have the seller carry a mortgage, or even lease someone else’s house with an option to buy it.

    Or come REALLY early, at 5:30, and join in on an open “Creative Finance Q&A” where you can learn from members who’ve done it all: subject tos, land contracts, seller-carryback notes, lease/options, and even creative lender and partner deals.
