You’ve probably heard that to make great deals in a hot market like ours, you have to think outside the box.

This month’s expert speaker says that’s completely wrong—he says that you have to realize that there is no box.  In fact, uber-creative investor Bill Cook says that to make all deals possible, you only need to do five things:

  1. Get face-to-face with sellers
  2. Be curious
  3. Draw up a T-bar
  4. Understand a teeter-totter offer
  5. Put your offer in writing

What are those, you say? Well, they’re the topic of this month’s inconveniently-timed COREE meeting, which you shouldn’t miss DESPITE it being the same night as the fireworks.

It’s all about Bill’s long history with creative deal structuring—you know, they type where, when the dust settles, there are no banks involved and yet the money has somehow turned up. He’ll teach you by example:
